About the role
Top National GC seeking experienced Senior Project Manager (Data Center) to join their team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, ideally with data centers, mission-critical, or industrial process projects
- Experience managing MEP scopes valued at $50MM+
- Experience implementing large, complex safety plans
- PMP certification preferred
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word
- Proven ability to lead large MEP teams and coordinate complex system installations
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with cost reporting, cash flow, schedule management, and VDC integration
- Deep understanding of data center MEP systems and commissioning processes
- Familiarity with SDI, OCIP, CCIP, builder's risk, and other insurance programs
