JLL's Project and Development Services team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously across our national and global commercial real estate portfolio. As the primary client contact and trusted advisor, you'll manage diverse project types while coordinating numerous stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—managing concurrent projects across different markets, building executive-level relationships, and navigating the complexities of large-scale real estate programs. You'll serve as the single point of contact for program delivery, developing tailored strategies and standardized processes that ensure high-quality outcomes. Your ability to manage diverse project types—from workplace transformations to development initiatives—will be essential. Collaborate with clients to define program goals for large-scale, complex project portfolios spanning multiple markets and asset typesDevelop and implement standardized processes, playbooks, and tools that support cross-functional partnershipsProvide consolidated reporting across schedule, budget, risk, and opportunity metrics for all active projectsEstablish management routines to track portfolio performance against client-specific KPIsProactively identify and resolve risks across projects, removing roadblocks and facilitating stakeholder alignmentContinuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency across varied project types Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including client executives, project teams, vendors, and JLL service lines. Navigate competing priorities and expectations while maintaining alignment across all parties. Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders who have varying levels of industry experienceCoordinate cross-functional teams across JLL's platform to deliver integrated solutionsFacilitate reprioritization conversations among stakeholders when conflicts ariseLeverage JLL's broader capabilities to provide portfolio-specific insights and expertise Team Leadership Lead project teams through example, establishing strong rapport while driving operational excellence. Allocate workloads strategically across team members based on expertise, capacity, and project demands. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development. Business Growth Execute team strategies that support P&L objectives and strengthen JLL's market position. Cultivate deep client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities across JLL's service lines, and contribute to business development efforts. Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we’re looking for: Required Experience (10+ years in real estate/project/program management) Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different project types and marketsExperience with projects throughout the full real estate lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy)Track record of managing diverse stakeholder groups and building effective relationships at all levelsDemonstrated success communicating with C-suite executives and managing their varying expectationsExperience working across multiple markets, preferably globally, with ability to navigate regional differencesComprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes, approvals, and regulationsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to connect strategic vision to tactical execution Technical Skills Advanced organizational skills with ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environmentsExpertise in project scheduling and budget management across varied project typesAdvanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including SmartsheetStrong contract management capabilitiesKnowledge of disciplined project management methodologies (Six Sigma, PMP certification preferred)Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Understanding of standard business and accounting practicesProficiency in AI tools and applications for project management, data analysis, and process optimization Education Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering (advanced degrees preferred)
