Senior Project Manager
About the role
At Jacobs, our Program Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) team works seamlessly with clients by delivering projects and programs to achieve our clients’ goals. What we do is more than construction; we play a part in moving a vision from concept to reality. Based at the client site in Nashville, TN, you’ll be responsible for managing the project team and the overall project delivery, ensuring projects run on time and within budget. As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll oversee the progress and technical performance of a project, as well as material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team. You’ll develop and deliver project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules to help achieve our client’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project team and overall project delivery from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.
- Provide oversight and facilitate resolution to complex project-related challenges.
- Ensure progress and technical performance of projects, including material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety.
- Develop and deliver project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules.
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental, or Construction organization.
- Experience managing projects of $50 million or more.
- Advanced working knowledge of contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, and new construction building systems/components and technology.
- Experience with various disciplines, trades, and systems, with an emphasis on full project delivery.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Strong people leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) (preferred but not required).
- Experience managing work for private sector clients (preferred but not required).

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $165,000.00 to $190,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
