Senior Project Manager

About the role

Isos Technology is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-client delivery within the professional services practice. This is a senior individual-contributor role for a PM who can own high-stakes engagements, set delivery standards, and raise the capability of other PMs. Seniority is based on scope, complexity, influence, and sustained impact—not tenure. A Senior PM consistently operates at a higher level of complexity, manages demanding client relationships, and delivers in ambiguity without a predefined playbook.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders on each.
• Take on the toughest, highest-visibility projects—those with the most moving parts, senior stakeholders, or delivery risk.
• Act as a consultative partner to clients, anticipating problems, guiding decisions, and protecting outcomes.
• Set and enforce delivery standards, ensuring consistent use of internal processes, tooling, and artifacts (backlogs, schedules, status, governance).
• Mentor and level up other PMs and delivery team members; serve as a subject-matter expert and model for the role.
• Manage billable/utilization targets while balancing demands from multiple clients.

Requirements

• [X]+ years of project management experience in professional services or consulting delivery, including [X]+ years running multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, high-risk, or high-visibility projects to successful outcomes.
• Strong command of both traditional and agile delivery (backlog management, iteration planning, product-owner collaboration).
• Fluency in delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence) and a track record of enforcing standard processes.
• Comfort in a lean, fast-changing environment—building what isn’t there rather than waiting for structure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or comparable agile credentials.
• Atlassian accreditations (Jira, Confluence, or relevant technical accreditations).
• Relevant AI-delivery or tooling accreditations.

Pay

On-Target Earnings range for this position is between $110,000 - $140,000 (eligible for incentive compensation based on company performance).
