Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, stakeholder and vendor management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team leadership. Experienced with cloud technologies, SDLC, project planning, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end management of complex IT projects.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.Track and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.Maintain accurate RAID logs throughout the project lifecycle.Allocate resources and manage team workloads.Collaborate with IT leadership, business teams, technical teams, and vendors.Manage stakeholder expectations and project communications.Resolve conflicts, issues, and competing priorities.Lead cross-functional teams of project managers, analysts, developers, business owners, and SMEs.Manage vendor relationships and project deliverables.Coordinate contract changes, deliverables, issues, and contractual matters.Ensure vendor deliverables meet contract terms and project timelines.Maintain project charters, status reports, plans, and documentation.Report project progress, risks, and changes to program leadership.Prepare leadership reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Required Skills 7+ years managing large, complex IT projects.Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a program or portfolio.Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments.Experience managing internal and external teams and stakeholders.Strong vendor management and accountability experience.Strong risk, issue, and RAID management experience.Proven delivery of complex IT projects on schedule and within budget.Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, enterprise technology, and infrastructure.Experience with cloud environments and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.Experience with Azure and/or AWS.Proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.PMP or equivalent project management certification. Preferred Skills Experience with procurement/RFP processes and COTS implementations.Experience managing cloud, software development, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity projects.Experience in corrections or public safety environments.Experience with technology lifecycle management.Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
