Responsibilities

• Developing project schedules and managing budgets
• Ensuring all work aligns with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Solving problems, managing risks, and communicating effectively with all parties
• Leading and inspiring the project team
• Maintaining quality control and enforcing safety regulations

Requirements

• A proven track record of successfully managing large commercial construction projects
• A strategic thinker with strong leadership skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Experience in contract negotiation and management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant construction project management experience
• Professional certifications such as PMP, OSHA 30, or equivalent

• Project management software proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Project)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
