• Monitor project progress, profitability, quality, and timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients
• Bring your network to the table to drive project pursuits
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to support team growth

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing projects and leading teams
• A background in construction management or civil engineering
• Great organizational and interpersonal skills
• A proactive drive to innovate
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with ProCore, ViewPoint, and Microsoft Project
• A builder's mindset, forward-thinking, and dedicated to problem-solving
