Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager will serve as a high-impact leader driving the successful execution of fast-paced commercial builds and national tenant improvement projects. This role empowers you to leverage established, repeatable systems to deliver high-quality results for major national clients. Responsibilities

  • Leverage established, repeatable systems to deliver high-quality results for major national clients
  • Solve complex problems within the scope of the project
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Manage project risks and issues proactively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction or tenant improvement projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects
  • Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Understanding of construction contracts and legal aspects of project management
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
