The Senior Project Manager will serve as a high-impact leader driving the successful execution of fast-paced commercial builds and national tenant improvement projects. Responsibilities
- Leverage established, repeatable systems to deliver high-quality results for major national clients
- Solve complex problems within the scope of the project
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Manage project risks and issues proactively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction or tenant improvement projects
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Understanding of construction contracts and legal aspects of project management
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
