Five & Done is a design and technology studio seeking a Senior Project Manager in Mission Viejo, CA. The ideal candidate will manage and deliver large-scale, complex projects for clients, leveraging extensive experience in project management methodologies.

Execution

• Manage multiple large, medium, and small-scale projects simultaneously.
• Develop expertise in complex systems and client ecosystems.
• Implement project management techniques to optimize team performance and efficiency.
• Oversee resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Manage project financials, including profitability and forecasting.

Communication

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project teams and key stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings and effectively communicate complex project details.
• Manage expectations and negotiate scope changes with clients.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Facilitate resolution of project issues or conflicts.

Leadership

• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior and mid-level project managers.
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Contribute to the development of company-wide project management standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Participate in hiring and performance evaluation processes.
