Senior Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid the Project Team in developing the construction schedule.
• Manage the project schedule and drive construction site progress to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Select, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors involved in various phases of the projects.
• Work with the Project Team to develop and issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Lead the Project Team and support the Project Superintendent in executing the project.
• Ensure proper administration of construction contracts and obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
• Manage the preparation and execution of the project closeout process, ensuring compliance with overall financial responsibility against established budgets, including handling change orders.
• Communicate consistently and clearly with internal and external customers.
• Manage the project closeout phase, fulfilling all required documentation and processes.
• Demonstrate professional credibility, integrity, trust, and commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in Construction Project Management, with a focus on Design-Build and Industrial/Manufacturing projects.
• Experience in projects such as Data Centers, Healthcare, Pharma, Cold Storage, and Medium to Large Scale Manufacturing.
• A strong technical background and experience is preferred.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions among team members, partners, and customers.
• Willingness to travel is preferred.
