About the role
E2 Optics is a rapidly growing, woman-owned technology integrator dedicated to powering the infrastructure behind AI, cloud computing, and future innovations. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for E2 Optics, overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closure.
- Supervise and direct project resources to deliver value effectively and consistently to the customer.
- Strategically align and execute corporate operational processes to drive timely project delivery that is compliant with contract documents, schedule, and budget.
- Promote company Core Values to foster a family-centric culture and ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage assigned projects according to a schedule that supports favorable performance indexing, meeting or exceeding project plan expectations.
- Effectively manage subcontractor/vendor performance to ensure compliant project delivery.
- Implement change management best practices and leverage industry best practices and means and methods to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Travel as required to support project needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects.
- Experience with multiple contractual types including lump sum, cost plus/GMP, unit price, design-build/design-assist, time and material.
- Preferred certifications: BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMP; other BICSI certifications (Installer, Technician, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to identify and implement change management best practices.
- Knowledge of various construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards.
Qualifications

This position generally requires overnight travel. The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.
