Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager oversees high-priority projects from design handoff through implementation, ensuring quality and alignment across all stakeholders, including end users, distributors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large projects or program-level services from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with teams to define project scope, deliverables, activity sequences, and work estimates, developing a comprehensive project schedule.
- Align with stakeholders to prioritize objectives and establish acceptance criteria, managing expectations throughout.
- Ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Actively monitor dependencies and risks, escalating and resolving issues as needed.
- Lead and support team members, promoting adherence to process and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with project resources, internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors on project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT services, MSP.
- 6+ years as a Project Manager or Program Manager in IT.
- Familiarity with construction projects and experience adjusting IT project plans to align with building schedules.
- Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN, VoIP, MDM, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Mac/PC support, and cloud solutions.
- Experienced with ConnectWise or similar systems.
- A project management-related certification or degree is strongly preferred.
Work Location & Schedule
This is a hybrid position requiring travel as needed to client sites within the 5 boroughs of New York City and to our Brooklyn office. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST.
