Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong Business Development and Marketing background to lead recruiting and partnership initiatives focused on brand building.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with casinos, local businesses, and other relevant organizations to support brand-building initiatives.
• Plan and execute community events, job fairs, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, organizations, universities, and community groups throughout the Las Vegas area.
• Develop recruitment strategies and outreach programs to grow a participant database.
• Work closely with marketing teams to increase brand awareness and drive participant engagement.
• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets while ensuring successful event execution.
• Create long-term partnerships that generate a consistent pipeline of participants for our data collection projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Partnerships, ideally with exposure to the casino/gaming or hospitality industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting and managing external partners or vendors.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with casinos or local businesses in a partnership/brand-building capacity.
• Background in marketing strategy or brand development.
• Established network within the casino/local business community.
