About the role
ADP is hiring a Senior UX Designer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex enterprise software solutions from concept to launch
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design system
- Present design solutions to leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Experience designing for enterprise or B2B software
- Ability to work in an agile development environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles
Pay
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Schedule
Full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in office).
