What you’ll do
- Lead multifamily and mixed-use residential projects through design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration
- Manage client, consultant, contractor, and agency communication
- Oversee project schedules, deliverables, staffing needs, and coordination
- Guide project teams and mentor less experienced staff
- Review project documentation for quality, coordination, and technical completeness
- Help resolve design, documentation, and construction-phase issues
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of architectural experience
- Strong multifamily housing experience
- Experience leading projects from early design through construction administration
- Solid understanding of documentation, detailing, consultant coordination, and project delivery
- Architecture degree preferred
- Licenses preferred, but not required
