Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, providing strategic direction and ensuring successful project completion within the established scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop a comprehensive plan of action, including detailed schedules, resource allocations, and work plans tailored to meet project milestones.
- Assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, establishing contingency plans to proactively address challenges and ensure project continuity.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, maintaining open lines of communication to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure each team member contributes effectively to project objectives and deadlines.
- Forecast project costs and oversee budget management, monitoring expenses closely to ensure financial adherence and projecting future resource needs.
- Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and protecting both client and company interests.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, establishing clear agendas and action items, and encouraging collaboration to drive timely issue resolution.
- Create and maintain project schedules, including developing phasing plans that account for client and end-user needs.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive project reports for clients, maintaining detailed project documentation to ensure compliance and support informed decision-making.
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Strong project planning, risk assessment, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to interpret ARCH & MEP drawings with a focus on identifying and implementing practical project improvements.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of construction industry experience.
- Preferably experienced in healthcare construction projects.

Pay
Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
