Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager who acts as the link between clients, the creative team, and various suppliers. You will help establish the overall work plan and support project managers in their daily tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to monitor every part of the project process are key. You thrive on structure and precise planning, and deadlines do not stress you.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clients and projects from start to finish.
• Create structure and set priorities for project execution.
• Coordinate between clients, creative teams, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Solve problems creatively when challenges arise.
• Support project managers in their daily activities.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in project management.
• Background in communication, marketing, or design.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in social media.
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
• Structured and methodical approach to project delivery.
