Core Knowledge & Skills
- Expert in advanced project management methodologies, strategic planning, and complex contract management.
- Deep understanding of industry best practices and business unit operations.
Required Minimum Experience
- Five years of project management experience where you have demonstrated success: estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and resolving risks and issues.
- Clarifying requirements and expectations across multiple stakeholders.
- Supporting and growing the capabilities of project team members.
- Delivering multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
- Commercial Industry experience.
- Excel in clarifying requirements, expectations, and priorities across multiple stakeholders, bringing alignment and order to the project.
- Overcoming delivery challenges, building relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in analyzing executed contracts to identify delivery implications, evaluating delivery compliance, and communicating these implications to diverse, distributed teams.
- Understanding technology-related issues and how they might impact successful delivery.
Responsibilities
Your initial project assignment will involve supporting the unique needs of our client as a Senior Project Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Managing projects, ensuring contractual obligations and margin goals are met while providing an outstanding client experience that will lead to contract renewals and expansions.
- Successfully developing and executing project plans, tracking deliverables, and documenting client acceptance of deliverables following AIS' Project Management approach.
- Identifying, tracking, mitigating, and reporting on risks to delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
- Maintaining situational awareness of day-to-day activities on the ground, serving as the first escalation point for the client.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to support a coordinated response in serving the client.
- Identifying and supporting opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering software, data, infrastructure and/or cloud technology projects.
- Proficiency in Agile software methodologies.
Benefits
We are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member. The targeted base salary range for this role is $125,000-$189,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
