Senior Project Manager

About the role

Pond & Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their State Government & Education team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of Architecture and project management experience, preferably in an A/E/C consulting environment, and a background in Higher Education. They must be a licensed Architect and possess experience with relevant software. The successful candidate will lead project management activities, mentor junior-mid level project managers, and work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Project scoping
• Communication with clients
• Issues resolution
• Deliverable submittals
• Project closeout
• Mentor and train junior-mid level project managers
• Lead design projects spanning multiple markets and geographies

Requirements

• BArch or MArch in Architecture Discipline from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years of Architecture and Project Management experience (preferably in A/E/C consulting environment)
• Experience in Higher Education is preferred
• Must be a licensed Architect
• Experience with relevant software
• Ability to work well within a team environment, maintain a positive attitude, multi-task, and produce high-quality work
• A desire to learn and grow professionally
