Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects with minimal oversight.
- Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Execute buyout of subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare scopes of work and negotiate subcontracts.
- Drive master schedule execution and trade coordination.
- Maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Monitor RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and change orders.
- Collaborate with Superintendents and Safety teams to enforce jobsite safety.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Prepare owner billing, reports, and project documentation.
- Lead project close-out processes.
- 10+ years experience as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrated competency in scheduling, budget/cost control, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
- Proficiency in PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications, including Primavera, Procore, Timberline, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in commercial construction.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
- 4-year degree preferred.
- 10+ years experience as a Project Manager.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130,000.00 - $200,000.00/yr.
