Purpose of the Role : This role is hybrid in Monrovia, CAProject Leaders exist to lead the disciplined delivery of client projects while supporting the Execution Leader’s responsibility to drive 120VC’s growth and financial health, ensure the team delivers for the client, develops their team members, and supports their success. They do this by applying 120VC’s proven ways of working to lead engagements that achieve measurable outcomes. Project Leaders align stakeholders, maintain cadence and clarity, and guide clients in adopting execution leadership practices.
