Senior Project Manager/Architect, Aviation

About the Role
This role is within the Aviation, Transit and Commercial Buildings team of the Buildings Sector based in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for managing the design, production, and coordination of projects nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design, production, and coordination of projects nation-wide
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, dynamic presenter
- Manage diverse groups of clients, project stakeholders, and team members
- Primary liaison between clients and EXP project teams, including subconsultants
- Understand and negotiate appropriate fees, schedule, and contract terms that are acceptable to the client and beneficial to EXP
- Deliver projects within financial and schedule parameters, exceed client expectations
- Participation in business development through market research, meeting with clients, assisting with marketing proposals, and participating in selection interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited University
- Must possess Architectural License or Professional Engineer License
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with the tasks identified above
- Track record of exceptional performance
- Experience in a variety of project market sectors, including Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education
- Thorough working understanding of the Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit capabilities
- Ability to utilize financial management software
- Occasional travel required

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate project demands.
