Senior Project Manager-3

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager-3 to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead complex project execution with a focus on Grid Automation initiatives, ensuring programs stay aligned with business goals, budgets, and timelines. You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep expectations clear, manage dependencies, and drive disciplined delivery across multiple workstreams. The position also requires strong oversight of project planning, financial tracking, risk mitigation, and quality control to support successful outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $114,100 – $190,200 annually Responsibilities Lead execution of complex Grid Automation projects ensuring alignment with business goals Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure effective project execution Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and manage expectations Develop and monitor detailed project plans using planning and scheduling tools Ensure optimal budget control and monitoring of project financials Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks with contingency plans Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and conduct regular audits Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the energy or Grid Automation sector Proven track record in managing complex, multi-faceted projects Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable PMP or equivalent certification preferred; additional certifications in Grid Automation or related technologies are a plus Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Access to a health coach and 24/7 nurse-based resources Employee Assistance Program offering counseling and referral services Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions Tuition assistance and adoption assistance Paid parental leave and disability benefits 12 paid holidays and permissive time off Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
