Senior Project Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional teams, including a variety of information technology and operational functions, to deliver high-impact solutions and ensure cohesive execution across all workstreams.
• Anticipate project threats, develop mitigation plans, and maintain program stability during shifting priorities.
• Cook up communication between technical staff and executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.
• Define and uphold disciplined project management practices to support effective scheduling, budgeting, and resource use.
• Oversee adherence to government and cybersecurity requirements, ensuring all work meets strict regulatory and facility-specific standards.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain SCIBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
• Must hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Must meet DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II baseline certification requirements by possessing at least one approved certification (such as Security+, SSCP, CCNA Security, GSEC, or equivalent)

Pay

The current salary range for this position will be $120,000 to $190,000 (annually).
