YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯 Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight TestManage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projectsWork closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budgetManage and establish methods related priorities between projects and activitiesIdentify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and executionParticipate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholdersPrepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocationPrepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organizationCoordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary Requirements YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎 You have an Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience, with 10-12 years in project management or AerospaceYou have advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principlesYou have previous experience in development and certification Flight TestYou demonstrate a professional attitude and excellent communication skillsYou have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilitiesYou have a natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesYou are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results orientedYou demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environmentYou have effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targetsYou have good computing skills (proficient in MS Office, specifically Powerpoint, Excel, and Project) SOGECLAIR promotes diversity and inclusion as part of essential elements of its performance and is committed to recruiting without discrimination.
