Senior Project & Implementation Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project & Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will drive large-scale project execution and implementation efforts across a global logistics environment. The position will support strategic transformation initiatives, customer onboarding, and operational improvements that strengthen service delivery and business growth. It will also partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities, advance digital capabilities, and support go-to-market execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the company's strategy and manage annual planning and governance
• Support the design of contract logistics products and solutions, including go-to-market strategies
• Drive the implementation of strategic projects, customer onboarding, and operational transformations
• Support AI enablement and digital transformation initiatives in contract logistics
• Develop executive presentations and business reports for senior leadership
• Collaborate with global leaders and teams to align priorities and drive strategic objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, contract logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or operations management required
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Project Management, Program Management, Implementation, or Business Transformation, with global exposure
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and contract logistics operations, including end-to-end processes
• Proficiency in strategic planning, program management, and business process improvement

Pay

$105,720 – $158,580 annually
