Senior Project Cost Analysts

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Project Cost Analyst to support a leading utility and energy company. This role provides operational procurement services to business partners within the Purchasing (Services) group.

Responsibilities

• Execute basic and medium-complexity procurement transactions to support business operations.
• Source service-related purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (e.g., work authorizations, service agreements) in compliance with company policies.
• Update purchase orders based on change orders and evolving business needs.
• Obtain supplier acknowledgments and maintain accurate purchase order records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and suppliers through excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE), Strategic Procurement, and business partners on sourcing events and process improvements.
• Support issue resolution by documenting and addressing inquiries via phone, email, and direct access channels.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-tier team members as needed.
• Assist in tracking and reporting performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field OR minimum of 4 years of relevant procurement or service center experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service and/or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with procurement systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
• Ability to influence, persuade, and build credibility.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and tools.
