Responsibilities
- Cook up and adjudicate Deficiency Reports (DRs) and external dependencies
- Keep the program accountable to its DR and external dependency work off schedule
- Give briefings to stakeholders on DRs and external dependencies' status and work off plan
- Work with program teams to gather DR and external dependency closure artifacts
- Coordinate with stakeholders to push planned DRs and external dependencies to closure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of professional experience leading technical teams to deliver new capabilities and solutions for US Government or aerospace customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex technical information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact and develop positive relationships with customers, teammates, and company senior leadership
- Possess strong team building, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher
- Ability and willingness to work on site in Boulder, Colorado
- Ability and willingness to travel locally within the Denver Metropolitan Area to support meetings
Preferred Skills
- Active TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting or developing software in C, C++, or Rust
- Prior experience supporting or deploying hardware solutions
- Experience working in government, defense, or regulated environments
- Experience managing projects using Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies
