SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT – HOSPITALITY

About the role

GH2 Architects, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our hospitality specialty practice team. With over 500 projects completed for leading hotel brands in the past 35 years, we are expanding our team with this opportunity available at our offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver, and Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and coordination of hospitality projects
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to develop project scopes and budgets
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Prepare construction documents and presentations
• Oversee construction phases and ensure compliance with design intent
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in business development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited architecture program
• Current license to practice architecture
• 10+ years of experience in the hospitality sector
• Experience with hospitality brand standards and submittal process

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, with established industry relationships
