Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary daily contact for a dedicated book of business, seamlessly balancing client communication and expectation management with internal project structure.
  • Lead a rapid-fire queue of Tier 3 creative and digital projects, ensuring fast turnaround times, high quality, and efficient workflows.
  • Meticulously track, log, and manage dozens of concurrent tasks, deadlines, and digital assets inside Workfront.
  • Partner closely with Chicago-based creative teams to deliver clear briefs, eliminate operational roadblocks, and guarantee successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing client relationships directly while simultaneously executing the day-to-day project workflows (acting as the sole AM/PM point of contact).
  • Experience successfully owning a high-volume "Tier 3" book of business consisting of quick-turn, fast-moving, and straightforward creative/digital projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Workfront with a demonstrated ability to seamlessly juggle multiple competing workstreams without losing track of details.

Pay

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
