Senior Programs Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements for multiple and/or large complex programs
• Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
• Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules
• Consult with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules
• Coordinate budgets across the program
• Participate in vendor evaluation
• Provide expertise on proposals to identify most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work
• Assist with proposal efforts
• Provide work leadership for lower-level employees
• Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with at least 8 years of directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
