Senior Program Services Manager (Healthcare)

About the role

This role provides program leadership across the Assurance portfolio, translating strategy into execution for client programs, new solutions, implementation, contracting, compliance, and emerging priorities. You will connect cross-functional teams, drive execution, resolve operational gaps, and develop scalable processes to enhance program performance and client value.

Responsibilities

• Driving client enrollment, onboarding, participation, and compliance across various programs.
• Analyzing data to identify gaps, opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Supporting category launches, client expansion, and program adoption through coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
• Creating educational materials like presentations, training sessions, and FAQs.
• Managing client and supplier inquiries, product access issues, shortages, and escalations.
• Maintaining trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor execution.
• Supporting broader program execution, including data collection and automation initiatives.
• Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services and categories.
• Recommending process improvements to support scalability and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant degree preferred with 5+ years of experience, especially in healthcare or supply chain.
• Ability to develop innovative, actionable plans aligned with business needs.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel; onsite hybrid role in Irving, TX & Centennial, CO.
