This position supports the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Program Security Services (PSS) task order. Anticipated award: February/March 2027. Anticipated start: March 2027. Period of performance: 1 base year + 4 option years. Location: Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities
- Perform the full range of PSR responsibilities for complex DARPA technology programs.
- Manage security requirements across multiple complex programs and classification environments.
- Work independently on complex or special program security projects.
- Provide informal leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to PSRs and Security Administrators.
- Develop and implement security architectures, program protection strategies, and security documentation.
- Support SAP, SCI, collateral, CUI, and other compartmented programs throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate security activities with DARPA Program Managers, PSOs, SETAs, performers, transition partners, and Government organizations.
- Support security accreditation, inspections, incident mitigation, program meetings, tests, demonstrations, and closeout activities.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide experienced program security recommendations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related DoD or IC program security experience or an Associate’s degree with 12 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and leadership ability to balance workload demands across multiple complex programs.
- Ability to independently execute special projects and advise/mentor PSRs and Security Administrators.
- Broad program security expertise in fundamental research, CUI, SAP/SCI, S&T protection, classification architecture, OPSEC, COMSEC, test security, intelligence oversight, threat support, and secure information/asset handling.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and program protection skills.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance, adjudicated within the past five years.
Pay
Salary range: $150,000–$205,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding.
