Senior Program Purchasing Manager
Key responsibilities
- Lead electronics sourcing program management
- Drive execution of sourcing strategies, supplier milestones, cost targets, and cross-functional deliverables from strategy through launch
- Own Material Cost Management across the Digital Tech commodity portfolio
- Deliver executive-level reporting to support quarterly financial objectives
- Manage sourcing governance, performance tracking, and reporting tools
- Lead cross-functional sourcing execution to ensure program deliverables and Supplier Engineering On-Board Dates (SEOBD) are achieved on time
- Develop and maintain the Sourcing Tracker (SWT)
- Evaluate complex data, identify opportunities, and support strategic sourcing decisions
- Partner across Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, STA, and Program Management to resolve issues, drive alignment, and ensure successful program execution
- Prepare and present concise, executive-ready updates and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, or Program Management experience
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across cross-functional teams while managing competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a disciplined approach to execution
- Executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience developing executive-level reporting and data-driven insights
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sourcing processes, supplier management, and program milestone execution
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build strong partnerships, and deliver results in a matrixed organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Program Purchasing, Commodity Purchasing, STA, or Product Development
- Strong commercial and financial acumen supporting strategic sourcing and cost management
- Experience leading high-visibility programs and presenting to Directors and Executive Leadership
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment, continuous improvement, and successful program execution

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
