Senior Program Manager - Value Based Care
The Job
The Senior Program Manager - Value Based Care is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization. They lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition, they lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives and special projects that advance health plan performance, provider partnerships, and market growth.
Senior Program Managers communicate with stakeholders, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges, leveraging their healthcare and health plan experience to drive cross-functional collaboration and inform strategic decision-making. By taking ownership of complex initiatives crucial to SCAN’s goals, they play a key role in driving organizational success and achieving strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
