Senior Program Manager, Themed Experiences

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Themed Experiences to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead cross-functional program execution for a new consumer home screen experience, from concept through launch. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and design to align priorities, drive milestones, and keep distributed teams moving in sync. The position also calls for strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to support a scalable, content-driven consumer experience.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Drive program management for a new home screen experience from development to launch
• Coordinate workstreams across multiple teams, including product, engineering, and design
• Build and maintain program plans and timelines for distributed teams
• Establish program governance, including reporting and risk management
• Translate product vision into actionable milestones and deliverables
• Develop tooling and workflows for scalable content creator production
• Align senior stakeholders on roles, responsibilities, and priorities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in relevant industries
• Proven record of managing programs from concept to launch
• Strong influence and trust-building abilities across teams
• Proficiency in project management and product discovery tools
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Experience with globally distributed teams and time zone management
• Familiarity with consumer-facing product development and content-driven experiences

Pay

Compensation: $280,000 – $310,000 annually
