Senior Program Manager - Software & DevOps Modernization

About the role

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager to drive workstream delivery across a software and pipeline modernization program focused on proactive vulnerability remediation and AI-assisted improvements. This high-visibility role partners with engineering teams and senior technology leadership to keep delivery on track.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple workstream planning, execution, milestones, and delivery accountability.
• Maintain integrated project plans, dependency logs, and risk, issue, and decision tracking.
• Lead governance meetings, resolve cross-team dependencies, and escalate delivery risks.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership briefings.
• Define clear deliverables and drive progress with engineering teams balancing program commitments and daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of program management experience in consulting or client-facing delivery.
• Must have some recent financial services industry experience.
• Proven success managing multiple workstreams within large, complex technology programs.
• Strong planning, governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, earn trust, and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Software development lifecycle, CI/CD, DevOps, or application security delivery experience preferred; vulnerability management or AI-enabled pipeline experience is a plus.
• Candidates must be based in the NY/NJ/Philadelphia/DC metro areas and able to work on-site in Malvern every Tuesday-Thursday. No relocation or flight-based arrangements.

Pay

$80-110/hr

Schedule

Hybrid; on-site Tues-Thurs required in Malvern, PA. Duration: 9+ months.
