About the role

The TikTok Marketing Science Measurement team interprets the performance of advertising on our platform. We collaborate with advertisers to optimize their activity and build meaningful connections that drive behavior change. This role involves driving initiatives, supporting measurement marketing efforts with third-party partners, and coordinating ongoing initiatives within the Global Measurement team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious about ad measurement, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and proactive in identifying opportunities for impact. This position interacts with stakeholders across Data Science, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Create internal and mid-platform tools with a strong track record.
  • Orchestrate large-scale programs across large organizations.
  • Own projects that improve team operations and processes, focusing on automation and reducing manual reporting overhead.
  • Drive program operations, including planning, logistics, communication, stakeholder alignment, and post-program evaluation.
  • Collaborate with other Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Measurement Partners to support team projects.
  • Capture and synthesize advertiser feedback into structured inputs for internal product teams and roadmap decisions.
  • Manage large budgets and demonstrate detailed knowledge of the global contract process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of how large enterprise companies operate.
  • Proficiency in running media measurement.
  • Experience working with or supporting research or analytics teams.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative mindset.
  • Desire to learn about the advertising ecosystem and ad measurement.
  • Ability to take partially scoped or ambiguous asks and see them through to completion.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Automation-first mindset with demonstrated ability to operationalize and systematize reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $121,600 – $272,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package, which may include additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
