About the role

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary thought leader and contact for sales operations and cloud business platforms to assess, roll out, and scale programs.
  • Collaborate with GTM segment leaders to create targeted business generation strategies and implementation plans tailored to specific business needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Operations, Finance) to identify the capabilities required to successfully commercialize Google Cloud’s portfolio.
  • Consolidate and prioritize the data and business capabilities needed to ensure the long-term scalability of these business generation programs.
  • Use AI systems to drive productivity and inform strategic decisions, while critically assessing outputs for accuracy and designing innovative workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 10 years of experience in change management, change management communications, planning, prioritization and portfolio management of technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Information Systems (MIS) or similar.
  • 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience using, driving requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of commerce solutions in the quote-to-cash space.
  • Experience in management or IT consulting.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and teams.
  • Experience with AI systems and strategic decision-making.

Pay

US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
