Senior Program Manager, Educational Partnerships
Weekly Work Hours: 40. FLSA status: Exempt.
About the Role
Responsible for collaboration and communication with regional high schools to develop and implement opportunities for students to participate in Collegiate Academy, Early College High School, and P-TECH programs or comprehensive dual credit opportunities. These opportunities serve public, private, charter, and home school students aiming to achieve certificates, degrees, and prepare for seamless transfer to universities and employment.
Manage planning for student cohort information, orientation, application, enrollment, transition, and graduation processes, summer bridge programs, and campus student engagement activities. May oversee centralized Educational Partnerships functions focused on improving the quality of the Dallas College student experience in dual credit, including continuous improvement efforts with enrollment management, faculty support, pathways development, and monitoring of dual credit student college progress and career readiness.
Lead, initiate, and execute initiatives to develop programming supporting specific external and internal partnerships. Ensure business goals are achieved by applying business strategies and developing organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization of high school and Dallas College personnel in planning for student cohort information, orientation, application, enrollment, transition, and graduation sessions, summer bridge programs, and campus student engagement activities.
- Coordinate cohort progress and pathway monitoring with high school counselors and administrators and Educational Partnership Managers, communicating needs for changes or problem resolution to appropriate Academic Success Deans and department chairs from Dallas College Schools.
- Design and implement enrichment programming to enhance student, partner, and parent experiences in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including new student engagement activities, credentialed instructor recruitment and engagement, student and parent workshops, and partnership appreciation events.
- Manage processes for monitoring cohorts’ academic status and communication with high school administrators, students, and parents, planning for cohort transition from high school to college campuses.
- Manage course requests and rosters received from ISD partners to ensure student pathway completion, site adherence to SACSCOC guidelines, and hand-offs to appropriate Educational Partnership personnel, Dallas College Academic Schedule Team, and Deans and Department Chairs of all Schools within Academic Success.
- Coordinate and improve dual credit enrollment management processes with the Academic Schedule Team (AST), Student Success, and Information Technology areas.
- Manage and compile student dual credit enrollment workflows and coordinate communication to school districts, charter, private, and home school students regarding procedures for ordering and receiving learning materials.
- Collaborate with AST and Information Technology on developing workflows and technology applications for more efficient processes.
- Collaborate with Student Success Coaches and faculty on support strategies for dual credit courses.
- Identify methods to enhance engagement and support for external partners around enrollment processes.
- Serve as liaisons for new initiatives associated with stakeholders, engagement activities, technologies, and any other initiative requiring sponsorship by Educational Partnerships.
- Collaborate with school district partners and Student Success areas to provide college and career readiness preparation solutions, including planning for academic preparedness through orientation, bridge programming, workforce internships, and career readiness resources.
- Develop and distribute communication and materials from welcome to graduation specifically for dual credit students.
- Collaborate with Strategic Analytics on producing graduate reports for partners and internal reporting to administrators.
- Coordinate planning for involvement of dual credit students in workshops and events.
- Coordinate the initial development and annual updating of ECHS, P-TECH, and Collegiate Academy pathways with school districts and Dallas College Schools.
- Develop systems for monitoring cohort progress with pathways, recommend adjustments/improvements to ensure successful completion, and coordinate degree audits and graduation applications with Student Success areas.
- Collaborate with Academic Chairs and Deans in the development and maintenance of pathways to ensure program fidelity.
- Support all new Educational Partnerships employee training efforts.
- Complete required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in higher education and/or dual credit administration.
- Official transcripts will be required.
- A current and valid Texas driver’s license is required due to travel throughout the Dallas College area locations.
- Bilingual preferred.
Will be subject to a criminal background check. Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check.

- Able to create, establish, and implement programs with little oversight in alignment with departmental goals and expectations.
- Knowledge and experience with dual credit administrative programming to execute decision-making related to program management and processes that advance support of dual credit stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and constituents within the Dallas College community.
- Able to manage internal and external relationships in ways that promote the best interest of all stakeholders.

Pay
Salary Minimum: $77,200.00 Annually.
