About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure success of complex AI and data programs as primary client contact
- Collaborate with technical leads to drive measurable outcomes for clients
- Translate client strategies into actionable roadmaps for integrated delivery
- Manage all aspects of engagement scope, finances, and associated metrics
- Build trust-based relationships with senior client and partner stakeholders
- Navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with data-driven recommendations
- Coordinate with ecosystem partners for aligned roadmaps and delivery efficiencies
- Foster a healthy delivery culture through sustainable routines and team coaching
Qualifications
- Track record of executive-facing client leadership with superb communication skills
- Significant consulting experience with complex technology program delivery
- Deep experience managing multi-workstream initiatives in data platforms and AI/ML
- Proven track record of managing budgets, margins, and assessing commercial risks
- Familiarity with modern data stacks like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, and relevant trade-offs
- Prior experience leading remote teams across multiple geographies preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Pay
$125,000 – $150,000 annually
