Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Program Director, Security, in Seattle, WA, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional on-site performance at one of our key accounts. You'll handle client issues, communicate with key contacts, and build strong relationships to enhance the client's security services.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership and coordination during security incidents, emergencies, and issues impacting client operations.
- Communicate regularly with key client contacts and regional GardaWorld Branch Teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate accounts.
- Partner with client stakeholders to continuously improve security operations, service delivery, and program effectiveness.
- Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
- Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
- Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs, specifically assembling and presenting a comprehensive Quarterly Business Review for client stakeholders.
- Operational Oversight
- Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
- Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
- Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
- Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
- Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
- Collaborate with your Crisis24 partners by supporting their SOW and client deliverables.
- Data and Financial Management
- Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
- Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
- Communication and Reporting
- Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- At least three (3) years of experience as a security manager or similar position.
- Proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.
- Great leadership and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Good at building relationships, communicating, and paying attention to details.
- Professional, self-driven, and skilled in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Able to work independently and anticipate client needs with a proactive approach.
- Experience using relevant security technology and equipment (CCTV, access control, badging, visitor management).
- Positive, energetic, and good at strategic thinking and financial planning.
- Experienced in managing projects and staying calm under pressure.
- Honest and ethical, aligning with our company’s values.
- Skilled in writing reports, client communications, and instructional materials.
- Experienced in financial planning and understanding profit margins.
- Good at handling challenges and managing stress effectively.
- Excellent at written and verbal communication, customer service, and project management.

Pay
$165,000- $175,000 / year
