Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the PMA-265 F/A-18 Radar & Strike EW Integrated Product Teams (IPT) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) in Patuxent River, MD.
Role And Responsibilities
- Support the Radar & EWIPT Leads in the execution of their duties and record the priorities and upcoming team events.
- Track and analyze program budgets, funding and cost performance.
- Aid in monitoring contract requirements, including CDRLs and SOW compliance.
- Prepare and maintain program status reports, briefs and dashboards.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to data preparation for daily/weekly drills of the IPTs.
- Interface and coordinate with all levels of the IPTs, including government, contractor, and field activity personnel associated with the program office.
Basic Qualifications
- An MS or MA Degree in a Business-related field is required.
- Experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree; OR, Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree; OR, Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Active Secret security clearance.

Compensation
$105,160.00 - $157,630.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
