About the Opportunity:The SENIOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OPERATIONS ANALYST role is responsible for overseeing the administration and operational management of the organization's Professional Services automation system, Certinia PSA, and related Salesforce processes. This position ensures data integrity, system configuration, and operational effectiveness to support project delivery, financial accuracy, billing readiness, and resource utilization. The role serves as a central coordinator among Professional Services, Finance, IT, Cloud Operations, and leadership, providing analytics and insights that enhance organizational performance and decision-making. Responsibilities:Administer and configure Certinia PSA and associated Salesforce systems for Professional ServicesMaintain project templates, workflows, billing configurations, and operational processesSupport system enhancements, testing, validation, and user adoption effortsCollaborate with IT and stakeholders to optimize and automate workflowsEnsure project financial accuracy, billing compliance, forecasting, and revenue recognitionMonitor billing readiness and resolve financial discrepanciesEstablish and uphold data quality standards and governance processesManage operational documentation and audit readinessServe as the escalation point for PSA-related operational issuesPartner with cross-functional teams on resource management, staffing, and project setupParticipate in service transformation and systems enhancement initiativesDrive continuous improvement for scalability and operational excellence Requirements:Advanced knowledge of Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA AdministrationExpertise with Salesforce platform and professional services delivery objectsStrong understanding of professional services operations and delivery methodologiesExperience in project accounting, financial management, billing, and revenue recognitionProficiency in utilization management, capacity planning, and forecastingKnowledge of operational governance, data quality management, and business intelligenceAbility to balance technical system skills with practical business judgment Pay Range and Compensation Package:This role is offered at a salary range of $127,000 – $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Eligible employees will be offered a comprehensive benefits package.
