Senior Production/Quality Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Production/Quality Analyst to support missile production efforts. The ideal candidate will perform First Article Inspections (FAI), Quality Audits, Manufacturing Process Reviews, and Material Review Board activities for designated customers. They will conduct quality inspections in a manufacturing environment and report audit results.
Responsibilities
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Conduct Quality Audits
- Carry out Manufacturing Process Reviews
- Participate in Material Review Boards
- Conduct quality inspections in a manufacturing environment
- Report audit results independently
- Engage with various levels of stakeholders to ensure hardware meets user needs
Requirements
- ABET accredited BS in an Engineering discipline, or BS in a related field
- 20 years' production experience in a manufacturing, reliability, or quality position
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
- Desired: AS9100 Certification, Supplier and/or Quality Management systems experience, Experience with Rocket Motor, Warhead, and Missile Assembly
