About the role
We are seeking a Senior Production/Quality Analyst who will support missile production efforts. In this role, you will perform First Article Inspections (FAI), Quality Audits, Manufacturing Process Reviews, and Material Review Board activities for designated customers. You will conduct quality inspections in a manufacturing environment and is responsible for reviewing and reporting audit results while working independently. This position operates in a fast‑paced environment and engages with various levels of stakeholders to ensure that hardware meets the needs of its intended users.
Responsibilities
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Conduct Quality Audits
- Review manufacturing processes
- Participate in Material Review Board activities for designated customers
- Conduct quality inspections in a manufacturing environment
- Review and report audit results
Requirements
- ABET accredited BS or BS in a related field
- 20 years' production experience in a manufacturing, reliability and/or quality position
- Some travel required
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Desired qualifications
- AS9100 Certification
- Supplier and/or Quality Management systems experience
- Experience with Rocket Motor, Warhead, and Missile Assembly
