Senior Production Manager - Club
About the role
FAM Brands, founded in 2000, designs, manufactures, and sells men’s and women’s sportswear and active wear apparel. Our portfolio includes proprietary brands like Marika, Wildfox, Three Dots, and Balance Collection, with licenses from brands such as Orvis, Jessica Simpson, Eddie Bauer, and Woolrich.
Responsibilities
- Manage Production T&A Calendar from Order Allocation through Shipping
- Partner with all cross-functional teams to meet milestones including Design, Sales, Technical Design, Logistics, Packaging, QA & Order Management
- Own your styles by constantly updating Centric, AS400 and Excel WIPs
- Join internal fitting sessions designated by Brand as needed
- Review/Approve items such as Bulk Fabric, Trims, Packaging, Folding, and Carton Markings
- Own Vendor Communication with our Overseas Partners
- Identify and Troubleshoot potential issues to stay on schedule
Requirements
- 6+ years of demonstrable experience in Apparel Production
- Self-managing
- Understanding of FOB / DDP
- Exceptionally organized with strong time management and multi-tasking ability
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Think outside the box – initiative takers and collaborative team members
- Extensive Import Experience / Different Time Zones
- Licensed Apparel Experience is a requirement
- Familiarity with using a PLM, Centric preferred
Qualifications
Full-time, onsite position based at our current corporate office in Bell, CA 5553-B Bandini Blvd, Bell, CA 90201. In Summer 2026, our corporate headquarters will relocate to 9242 Beverly Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Benefits
Competitive benefits offered by FAM Brands, including participation in an annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales). Compensation range is $110,000 - $120,000 USD.
