Senior Product Quality Engineer
Responsibilities
- Partner with multi-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor and report quality metrics including DPM, yield variation, and reliability performance
- Troubleshoot wafer-fab problems, perform root-cause analysis, and manage defect and excursion investigations
- Evaluate products to confirm performance against design requirements and recommend process or equipment adjustments
- Define and standardize SOPs and apply statistical tools to monitor process deviations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Physics, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor quality, manufacturing, or process engineering
- Familiarity with semiconductor process flows and failure analysis methods
- Experience with statistical tools such as SPC, DOE, regression analysis, or deviation-management systems
- Strong ability to analyze data, communicate findings, and coordinate across teams
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Physics, or related engineering field
- Internship or project experience in semiconductor or electronics industries
- Experience with yield analysis tools, reliability assessments, or WLR methodologies
- Knowledge of ISO standards or audit procedures
- ASQ CQE or similar quality certification
