NVIDIA is seeking an ambitious and exceptionally skilled Product Program Manager for System LPU in our Engineering team located in Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities

  • Lead technical program management efforts for a given product, aligning the team’s efforts throughout the product ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles.
  • Drive priorities to ensure products achieve schedule and achievement targets, while proactively elevating risks and obstacles.
  • Collaborate closely with a matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues.
  • Communicate product status to internal teams, including executive teams.
  • Apply technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with thermal, mechanical, and system engineers to define rack architecture specifications, manage design constraints, and drive program milestones from concept through qualification.
  • Experience with rack-level thermal and mechanical design requirements, including airflow management, cooling solutions, and structural integrity for high-density compute and networking systems.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
  • Proven experience in establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
  • Solid foundation in project, program, or product management, paired with excellent communication abilities and a background collaborating with technical leadership to create systems, solutions, and products.
  • A culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to creative problem-solving.
  • Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in successfully delivering products from concept through launch.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes, including complex infrastructure software for hyperscale data centers (coordinating activities between hardware and software organizations is highly desirable).
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in an engineering or business field.
  • PM Certification/training is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range: $136,000 - $212,750 for Level 3, and $168,000 - $258,750 for Level 4.
  • Equity and benefits package.

Pay

  • Base salary determined based on location, experience, and comparable positions.

Schedule

  • Hybrid work arrangement available.
