Title: Senior\Lead Product owner Location: Remote Interview process – General interview – Tech interview – Manager interview – Client interview What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry or software product experience.Need Commercial Line P&C and Guidewire experience.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to dig into business processes, ask the right questions, and produce precise requirements.Documentation: Excellent written documentation skills. Ability to produce clear, detailed user stories and business requirements documents.Communication: Proven ability to engage stakeholders, clarify priorities, and gain alignment across business and technical teams.Tools: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar agile tools for backlog management.Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance operations, products, or technology is strongly preferred.Technical Curiosity: Comfortable learning new systems, APIs, and data flows to become the domain expert for your stream.CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe Product Owner certification preferred.
